Families deserve clear procedures and a neutral environment. We offer private-pay supervision for eligible parenting-time arrangements following review of the applicable orders and case circumstances.
Supervised Parenting Time
In-person observation of parent-child visits at a mutually agreed community location, consistent with the court order or written agreement.
Neutral Observation
Attention to safety, boundaries, and the children’s needs, with objective documentation in accordance with the service agreement.
Thoughtful Scheduling
Visits coordinated after an initial consultation, required intake, and review of applicable court documents. Recurring visits may be arranged.
Virtual Supervised Visitation Available by Request
Professionally monitored parent-child video calls may be available when appropriate for the family and permitted by applicable court orders. Ask about virtual supervision during your free consultation.

Start with a free 30-minute phone consultation
During your scheduled phone call, tell us why supervision is needed, what arrangements you are seeking, and any relevant safety or court-order requirements. We will call the number you provide when booking. We review the initial information and essential orders needed to determine whether Beyond 8 can accept the case before charging an intake fee.
Accept the case and begin onboarding
If Beyond 8 agrees to take your case, we invite you to begin onboarding. The one-time $125 family intake fee is charged only after that acceptance decision.
Complete separate parent interviews
As part of the paid family intake, we meet with each parent separately, gather the information needed for safe visits, confirm applicable restrictions, and prepare the exchange and scheduling arrangements.
Schedule supervised visits
Once onboarding, required documents, and safety arrangements are complete, visits can be scheduled. Each visit is confirmed after payment in full at least 72 hours in advance.
Private case documents
Court orders submitted by invitation only.
Following a free screening consultation, we provide private instructions for submitting the essential court orders for your case. Once accepted, families receive separate onboarding instructions and payment arrangements. We do not collect sensitive court records through this public website or the appointment scheduler.

Current parenting plans, orders requiring supervision, protection or no-contact orders, and later orders changing the rules.

We review essential orders and safety concerns before accepting a case and charging the $125 onboarding fee. Visits require completed onboarding and scheduling confirmation.

The free screening consultation and review of essential orders help us decide whether to accept a case. The $125 family intake is charged only after Beyond 8 accepts the case for onboarding; it covers separate parent interviews and initial safety, exchange, and visitation planning. One standard factual observation report is included after each visit. Travel and cancellation terms are provided before booking. Visits must be prepaid at least 72 hours in advance and are not confirmed until all required onboarding and safety arrangements are complete.

Can I book a supervised visit online?
The free 30-minute phone consultation can be booked online. We determine case acceptance before charging the family onboarding fee. Supervised visits are arranged separately after intake interviews, signed agreements, safety arrangements, and payment in full at least 72 hours ahead.
Do you provide legal or therapeutic services?
No. Beyond 8's supervised visitation service is a neutral monitoring service, not therapy, a custody evaluation, or legal representation.
